Located in one of the most glamorous neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, TPYN Palermo has 18 one-room apartments to accommodate up to 3 people. All are furnished and equipped, have hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi service and Netflix. We also provide parking service for guests who come with a vehicle. Located in Palermo Chico, one of the most beautiful and residential areas of the Palermo neighborhood, TPYN Ocampo has 14 one-bedroom apartments for up to 2 people. All are furnished and equipped, with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, and Netflix.
Located in Palermo Viejo, an area of tree-lined, cobblestone streets steeped in history, TPYN Cabrera features 10 one-bedroom apartments for up to two people. All are furnished and equipped, with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. They also have balconies and private barbecue grills.

The Place You Need, or better known as TPYN, was founded in July 2019 with a clear idea: to offer a temporary accommodation experience that combines design, functionality, and a real proximity to what each person needs.
We believe that feeling comfortable shouldn’t depend on how long you stay. That’s why we design spaces so you feel at home, even if you’re just passing through.
