Located in the commercial neighborhood of Balvanera, Hotel Destino Real has 45 rooms to accommodate up to 6 people. All have hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi service and Cablevision. About Us
The Place You Need, or better known as TPYN, was born in July 2019, thus realizing a dream of co-workers who decided to open our own business: temporary apartment rental.
We come together to provide an innovative service in the real estate market, changing the concept of traditional lodging to feeling at home.
The idea arose after several trips we made where we noticed the absence of amenities in the different places we stayed.
Thus, for example: the lack of basic tools for cooking; if it had a microwave or oven, it did not have a stove; and others didn’t even have a saucepan. We all know that boiling water or cooking noodles in a microwave can be a real disaster. We also find apartments with many decorations and furniture, which -beyond a matter of taste in decoration- shrinks the space and makes cleaning difficult.
So then, after long talks, the idea began to swirl in our heads: there is a lack of a comfortable, simple, flexible and useful lodging service, and above all, a place where you can stay and feel at home, relax and watch TV. , work on the computer, and/or cook something delicious.
TPYN provides a minimalist, flexible and adaptable service to the needs of guests. All apartments are furnished and equipped, and have hot/cold air, Wi-Fi and Netflix. We prioritize decoration with paradise-colored furniture and white walls to promote a good rest. They all have an electric oven, stove, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and dishes. Linen, hair dryer and iron are also provided. It is ideal to stay two or ten days, whatever you want. But the most notable thing about TPYN is that the apartments are all in the same building, so you can stay with friends and families in the same place, but maintaining a bit of intimacy and privacy.
Our mission is to make the guest feel at home. We work every day to improve our service, listening to our customers and trying to respond to their orders and requirements, through a highly personalized service.
Thanks to the work team we built, TPYN today provides temporary apartment rental services in Palermo and Recoleta, hotels in Balvanera, and parking in Palermo and Balvanera. The project locations were specially chosen. Palermo stands out for being a very cosmopolitan area for its bars, restaurants and clothing stores; Recoleta is the traditional heart of the city of Buenos Aires; and Balvanera is a strategic place to come shopping.
